Our Story
The city Bengaluru, is home for many, but an emotion to a Kannadiga residing outside India. As a food enthusiast, I always craved and missed home food and local eateries in Bengaluru.
Coming from a family of amazing chefs for generations, it was second to none to pick up BTG to offer authentic Karnataka cuisine to the world.
BTG was founded in 2023 at Sacramento, California and has been earning all the love and support from food lovers.
Our signature dish is the lip smacking authentic Masala Dosey, which takes you back in time to the days spent in Bengaluru. This has been a constant feedback among many customers and we truly believe so.
Masala Dosey is made with generous amount of fresh organic homemade ghee and every bite will assure you of its quality and taste.
No South Indian breakfast is truly complete without the comforting sip of filter coffee to conclude the meal. Hailing from Malenadu, a region nestled within the Western Ghats of Southern India renowned for its shade-grown coffee, Indian Filter Coffee embodies a rich tradition and distinctive flavor profile.
Brewed using the traditional metal filter, Indian filter coffee undergoes a meticulous process that enhances its aromatic and flavorful qualities. The addition of roasted chicory lends the coffee a delightful earthy undertone, while also serving the practical purpose of retaining hot water for extended periods, allowing for a more nuanced decoction. As each cup is prepared with care and attention to detail, the distinctive brewing technique of Indian filter coffee transforms a simple drink into an experience that embodies the essence of Indian hospitality and tradition.
BTG uses finest ingredients, most of the produce are organic while we do not refrigerate or freeze food items. More food items will be added to the menu in the coming weeks.
